Tell us what needs fixing and where the home is. The office sets up a visit.
Free assessment at your home
A project manager looks at the job and writes the estimate. If two people own the home, plan for both to be there, because both may need to sign.
Apply for financing
If you want to pay over time, the project manager walks you through the application during the visit. You see the payment plan before you agree to anything.
Permits and scheduling
We pull the permits on most jobs, so you do not have to deal with the city.
The work gets done, then you pay monthly
The same project manager stays your contact from the first visit to the final walk-through.

Does Jacob Construction offer financing for roof replacement?
Yes. Roof replacement and roof repair can be financed, including the wood repair that sometimes turns up once the old shingles come off. Financing is subject to approval.
Can I finance a new AC, furnace or heat pump?
Yes. Heating and cooling installs and replacements can be financed. If your system has failed, call and we will set up a visit as soon as we can.
When do I start paying?
Your payments start when the job is done. Your project manager walks you through the lender's exact terms before you sign.
Can I get financing with low or no credit?
Often, yes. The lenders we work with have options for low credit and for no credit history. Approval and terms are set by the lender.
Is the work free?
No. You repay the cost over time.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The assessment and estimate are free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
Is financing available in San Diego as well as the Bay Area?
Yes. Financing is offered in both areas we serve: the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego County.

Rates and terms depend on the lender's approval and your credit. The project manager shows you the exact payment plan before you sign anything.
