How the job goes
1. Free consultation. A project manager looks at the bathroom and writes the estimate.
2. Permit. We file the permit. Like-for-like bathroom remodels still usually need one.
3. Build. Demolition, plumbing, waterproofing and a flood test, then tile, fixtures and vanity.
4. Final inspection. The city signs off and we walk the room with you.
