How the job goes
1. Free estimate. A project manager walks the outside of the house and notes every repair.
2. Repairs. Rotted wood and damaged siding are replaced first.
3. Prep and prime. Surfaces are cleaned, scraped, caulked and primed.
4. Paint and walk-through. Two finish coats, then a walk around the house with you.
